Yet another long week...

Been away again from posting things here, its just been hard to find the time to do most of the stuff that I want to do these days. I didn't get much work done this week, my daughter has been home all week with a nasty flu bug. She's feeling much better today : ) I did get to finish my painting I have been working on (of and on one hour here and there), trying out something new and I'm enjoying it. I love to mix different things together, and this one is made with paper, acrylic, modeling gel, gesso... The title I'm not all sure about yet.

Then on Thursday, after have been in the house for 4 days, I finally got some time to get out and away a bit, me time. I sat down in a coffee shop and just relaxed with my sketch book.

And last Sunday I took part in Artsfest (for the east end of our town) and one of the art groups that I belong too had a booth and we did demos (me with my illustrating) and hands on stuff for kids. It was a long day but we had fun.
