Didn't fall of the planet, just busy...

Hello everyone, its been busy days around here and who knew, May just flew by far too fast and now its already June. I thought I just drop a line to show you that I'm still around (in case you were wondering), been so busy with work and everything that life hands us each day. Not only have I been doing a ton of gardening (had to replant some things), we ripped out the old deck (new one we're putting in this weekend), And work, well... I have tried to get as much as I can, had a bit of a artist block at first, but things came back to me and I have been on a roll, so I have to take advantage of it while it lasts. I'm getting also ready for an art fest that's this Sunday.

Last Monday, my sweet girl turned 16... She is so big, my big little girl... Where did the time go, I just held her in my arms yesterday and now she is a young woman (who still loved to be hugged, thank heavens for that).

And here is a few things I have worked on, try to re paint the girl in yellow with her umbrella. So many have asked about it, so I'm trying to make a few different paintings of her. The first one I did of her, was the one I sold last summer "Waiting For The Rainbow"

I'm also trying this one in water colour and ink (original was in mixed media), working on different styles, to see if I would like to continue with it or not.
