Two small water colour & ink paintings and two sketches I made while being bored and while waiting...
Just wanted to try to relax and not over do something, and just do it for the heck of it. I love colour, so I picked two {Blue & Orange} and did something around those colours.
And these two sketches are from two different days, first one is from last weekend and while I was waiting for my son {he was taking his exam}. I walked around the little town of Russell and found this neat little cafe, went in and had brunch and I sketched a bit of the view from my seat.
And this sketch is from a few weeks back, I had a whole Saturday to my self (been a while). I went down town and walked around until my feet bleed {no really, they were in bad shape and yes both heels bleed}... Nasty, I know. But Mr B came to my rescue, and while I waited for him I sat in a pub and sketched some people and things around me. Including my "guilty pleasure" comfort food, and when I tell you guilty, that doesn't even cover the half of how I feel after eating it (with all my food intolerance and all)... But, this is so goooOOod, I just cant help my self. Flash Fried Pickles (and at this place, they make the best once I have ever tasted) and cider. Mmmmm so good!!!
