Got my self a new Moleskin watercolour book, love the size of it, but its hard to take pictures of it. This page is still under works, it started with a sketch of my giant coffee mug (husband calls it The Tub). And with my mind feeling a bit mush due to a cold, it started to wander of to everything and nothing. So now there is a man fishing in my mug and it all grew from there. More to come.
I had to go to a lab on Friday morning to get some blood work done, and I got there at 08:00 and there was already a huge line up. Thank heavens I had my new book with me so I was able to sketch. A good 58min later I had two pages full of stuff (the painting part I did at home).The worst part of this whole time, was that I got up at 06:30 and I had been fasting since the night before... Now I didn't mind fasting part so much, but right next to the lab is a small cafeteria and they bake their own bread. So there was this wonderful smell of new fresh baked bread in the air. What a torture and what were they thinking when they designed that right next to each other.
