Yes, it was grey again today, but what a day

This morning I had some appointments, but afterwards I took some time to me and just me. I took a bit of a detour back home and I found two very beautiful spots, that I just had to stop the car and take a few pictures. Even if the day was grey and rainy, it was totally beautiful and it was a great Canadian fall/winter day (but, where is the snow).
Afterwards, I found two goldmines for antique and second hand hunters like my self. The first one was a really neat and new consignment & gift shop called "Just Stuff", and I finally found glasses that I have been looking for, 6 nice cranberry glasses. Ms Burd the owner was really nice and I got her permission to take some pictures of her place (the old lady shoes with plants in them, great idea).
After that, just down the road is a antique store "Aubrey's Antiques & Nostalgia" that I got totally lost in there (so much to go through) and I just have to go back again, so much to see and so many amazing things. I found old Christmas cards, labels and other things, bought a few and I love them all, but I think my favourite is the one with the baby angel leaning on planet earth(top left). Again, great staff there and the owner Mr Ken Aubrey let me take some pictures.
Before I finally found my way back home, I bought my self a new journal/sketch book
by "ecojot". And the three basket pouches are from a store that sells third world crafts. They will be great for stocking stuffers.

Detours can be so good (at times, this time perfect).
