I'm sitting here sipping my morning tea and watching the snow blow by outside, the snow storm started early this morning. All the school buses are cancelled, so this means my kids will be home today. My son will hit the game machines and practise his bag pipes, and my daughter will be sitting in my studio with me creating up another storm. She loves crafting and drawing, and I love watching her working away.
A year ago, we took part in a art program for children with special needs at the National Art Gallery and we had a blast, and my daughter created the most amazing art and she was so proud of her work.
